SPIRAL PASTA WITH CARBONARA WHITE MUSHROOM SAUCE!!










FRIDAY, 30 APRIL 2010 AT 10:03 PM 
AT SUNGAI SIPUT HOME


INGREDIENTS :- 


- 1 CAN OF PREGO CARBONARA MUSHROOM SAUCE

- 4 - 6 BIG BUTTON MUSHROOM IN A TIN


- 1 SMALL OR MEDIUM ONION, PEELED, HALVED & THINLY SLICED

- 2 TBSP OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

- SOME WATER IF YOU WANT TO PUT

- SALT TO TASTE

1) BRING A POT OF WATER TO A BOIL INTO A PAN. 1 TBSP OF SALT INTO A PAN UNTIL BOIL THEN PUT SPIRAL PASTA INTO A PAN


2) HEAT 2 TBSP OF VIRGIN OLIVE OIL INTO A PAN. STIR FRY ONION TILL FRAGRANT FOR A WHILE



3) ADD BUTTON MUSHROOM INTO A PAN

4) ADD CARBONARA WHITE MUSHROOM SAUCE (IF YOU WANT TO PUT SOME WATER) AND LET THE SAUCE SIMMER FOR A WHILE

5) POUR IN A SPIRAL PASTA , PUT MAYANOIS SAUCE IN HALF SMALL TBSP & SPRINKLE SOME SALT TO TASTE. STIR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH

FINALLY SERVE IT!! ENJOY IT YA!!

I LOVE TO EAT SPIRAL PASTA AND DO SAME AS MY HUBBY TOO.. YUMMY!! YUMMY!!

I HAD PREPARED ONION & BUTTON MUSHROOM WHILE I LOOK AFTER SPIRAL PASTA TO BE BOILED FOR ALMOST HALF HOUR LA.. THEN MY HUBBY TAUGHT ME TO COOK.. AFTER THAT, I WILL KNOW HOW TO COOK ON TOMORROW FOR LUNCH AGAIN.. HEHEHE... WISH ME GOOD LUCK YA!!

ITS VERY TIRING BUT WORTHY TO LEARN AND COOK.. I WAS SO HAPPY TO LEARN SPIRAL PASTA WITH CARBONARA WHITE MUSHROOM SAUCE FINALLY.. HEHEHE...
