SPIRAL PASTA WITH CARBONARA WHITE MUSHROOM SAUCE!!

AT SUNGAI SIPUT HOME


INGREDIENTS :- 

- 1 CAN OF PREGO CARBONARA MUSHROOM SAUCE

- 4 - 6 BIG BUTTON MUSHROOM IN A TIN

- 1 SMALL OR MEDIUM ONION, PEELED, HALVED & THINLY SLICED

- 2 TBSP OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

- SOME WATER IF YOU WANT TO PUT

- SALT TO TASTE

1) BRING A POT OF WATER TO A BOIL INTO A PAN. 1 TBSP OF SALT INTO A PAN UNTIL BOIL THEN PUT SPIRAL PASTA INTO A PAN

2) HEAT 2 TBSP OF VIRGIN OLIVE OIL INTO A PAN. STIR FRY ONION TILL FRAGRANT FOR A WHILE

3) ADD BUTTON MUSHROOM INTO A PAN

4) ADD CARBONARA WHITE MUSHROOM SAUCE (IF YOU WANT TO PUT SOME WATER) AND LET THE SAUCE SIMMER FOR A WHILE

5) POUR IN A SPIRAL PASTA , PUT MAYANOIS SAUCE IN HALF SMALL TBSP & SPRINKLE SOME SALT TO TASTE. STIR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH

FINALLY SERVE IT!! ENJOY IT YA!!

I LOVE TO EAT SPIRAL PASTA AND DO SAME AS MY HUBBY TOO.. YUMMY!! YUMMY!!

I HAD PREPARED ONION & BUTTON MUSHROOM WHILE I LOOK AFTER SPIRAL PASTA TO BE BOILED FOR ALMOST HALF HOUR LA.. THEN MY HUBBY TAUGHT ME TO COOK.. AFTER THAT, I WILL KNOW HOW TO COOK ON TOMORROW FOR LUNCH AGAIN.. HEHEHE... WISH ME GOOD LUCK YA!!

ITS VERY TIRING BUT WORTHY TO LEARN AND COOK.. I WAS SO HAPPY TO LEARN SPIRAL PASTA WITH CARBONARA WHITE MUSHROOM SAUCE FINALLY.. HEHEHE...

THIS MORNING (MONDAY) 19TH APRIL 2010
AT 11 AM TO 6 PM
AT SUNGAI SIPUT TO IPOH


I went to Ipoh by bus again this morning but i was alone because my hubby was not going there again and he wanted to save money from take a bus again and i got OKU that got discount. When i reached to bus stop at Tasek, my dad was not there at 10:40 am as well as i reached there. I hate to wait so long but no choice, i had to be patient again.


When i reached to my parents' house, my deaf frens were not there. Luckily they didnt arrive so early. I was waiting for them to pick me up at my parents' house for almost 1 hour ago. My mum gave me Elizabeth Arden toner and ginvera pimple cream. I asked her to cut my eyebrows to shape correctly. But suddenly, my mum asked me to return ginvera pimple cream back to her becuz she wanted to use it again. 


They finally reached to my house but suddenly, my deaf frens had car problem. I asked them to come to my house first and sit for a while. They were talking with my mum by using Cantonese and sign language about their daughter.


My mum asked my deaf frens to fetch me back to the house so that my dad has to take me back to the bus stop for going back to Sungai Siput after shopping. We went to Ipoh Parade together at 1 pm. We walked around shopping windows until reached to Mary Brown for having lunch together. Before reached to Mary Brown, I bought a cute blue handphone holder for their daughter. I ordered a fish burger with french fries & pepsi while they order porridge with pepsi drink.


After lunch, i went to Popular with them because they bought Science chinese book for their daughter. My deaf fren and i walked around while they searched the book at Popular. We went to the electric shop like TV , air cond , lap top , pc , etc.. At first, we went to Japan 100 shop but their daughter forgot to buy balm lip gloss and they made me to walk back again to Watson again. It made me and my deaf fren very tired already. Finally, we went to Japan 100 shop and i bought japan miso soup there. My deaf fren wanted to try it out. They bought a few things too there.


My deaf frens could fetch me back to Sungai Siput so that i had let my parents know that they fetch me back to Sungai Siput. Finally, we were on the way back to Sungai Siput before they go back to their hometown. I wanted to go to Maybank for banking in my supplier's A/C before they fetched me back to Sungai Siput.


Finally, I reached home at 6 pm and saw my hubby's hair really very messy.. Omg.. I almost forgot about my black hat at my parents' house!! Aiyoo.... I'm so careless la... I also forgot to say thank to my dad again.. Aiks....!!!! I had smsed my dad and said thanks to him already. Thanks God!!

I WAS SO EXCITED & HAPPY!!!!

YESTERDAY (SUNDAY) AT 3:30 PM

AT SUNGAI SIPUT TO IPOH

I was so excited & happy until I couldn't able to sleep on last night. When I woke up at 1:30 pm, I asked my hubby whether he cook lunch already or not. He said finished so early already. I asked him to pour rice for me while I checked on FB. When I checked on FB, I ate fried rice with mushroom, eggs & hot dogs but my face turn sour & felt arrgghhhh non stop on 5 times already because my hubby dared to put too much salt on fried rice again!!!! My stomach was not feeling well and got upset until I got mad and was about to scold my hubby but I cannot stand it anymore.. I quickly went to the toilet due upset stomach ache already!!

After taking bath, I could stand with cold water. After bath, I was going to scold my hubby for putting too much salt but he was still laughing at all.. He was so playful and thought it was so funny!! Damm it.. After I got ready, I asked him to take bath now!!

When we both got ready to leave at 3 pm, we walked to the bus stop together for leaving to Ipoh. Luckily I got discount when I went inside the bus with him. It was a green color bus. We were on the way to Ipoh while he was feeling sleepy. Before we reached to Tasek, he asked me to miss call to my mum then my mum has called me back then he answered her and told her that we reached to Tasek already.

When we reached to Tasek, we went to across the road over another bus stop and waiting for my parents to take us go to their house. Alamak, I had noticed that my buttons was about to lose. I asked my mum whether got needles and threads or not? She said got them at home. Luckily she got them at her house. When we reached to their house, I quickly asked her about needles and threads.. I took 1 needle, 1 pink thread and sciscor while my hubby called me "quickly finish to sew my button..if not, we'd be late again.." I had responded to him that "ya la ya la..i know la.." I quickly sewed the button but too bad, pink thread cannot come out.. Aiks, I had no choice but to choose white thread!! Stupid pink thread didnt want to listen to me la!! Wuhuhuhuhu.......!! Finally, I almost finished to sew my button and felt it was tight to close the button when I put on my short pant!!

My dad bought lotion bottle for me in Penang while my mum gave me Youth Radiant Essence and Ginvera pimple cream. OMG, I forgot to say thank to my dad before I went to take bus with my hubby!! Finally, I went to Jaya Jusco with  my hubby together at 4:30 pm then I met my deaf fren Christina at KFC. She gave me 2 jambu guava fruit juice bottles while I asked her to give me potato wedges or not. She gave me a big chicken & potato wedges with mayanois and yellow mustard. Then I asked her to keep those fruit bottles for me until I came back to her at 7:30 pm.

I went to supermarket and watson with my hubby but suddenly I got upset stomach ache again. I went to inform my hubby that I wanted to go to the toilet and left him alone there at Watson. When I was about to come out from the toilet, I found out that my hubby was not there!! I thought I can walk around and supposed to read magazine at MPH bookstore while my hubby walk around in the downstairs.

When I received sms from my another deaf fren, I quickly replied sms back to her and told her that I was waiting in Nose shop for her. Then I almost finished to read magazine and I came out from MPH Bookstore. I was waiting for her to find me at Nose shop. When I saw them, my deaf fren wanted to meet my mum so that I asked her to follow me to my mum's house. When I reached there, too bad, my mum went out for karaoke already. My deaf fren had no chance to meet my mum at 7:30 pm. At 7:45 pm, my dad has called me and told me that he was about to take me and my hubby to the bus stop for going back to Sg. Siput.

I asked my dad to pick me up at the bus stop on tomorrow morning. My dad advised me to go home at 5 pm by bus on tomorrow because he is going out with my mum on tomorrow. My dad asked my hubby to let me know that I cannot walk across the road to wait for him at another bus stop on tomorrow because he scare there got many cars on the road and worried about my safety. I am supposed to say thank to my dad on tomorrow morning again when I will go to Ipoh alone by bus again because I got an appointment with my deaf frens.

Finally, we reached back to Sg. Siput at 8:30 pm by a bus. When we were on the way home, I gave KFC chicken to that Indian boss shop owner because he gave me orange kuih on last 2 days ago. We were walking home together and reached home at 9 pm finally.

TODAY (FRIDAY) I WAS VERY TIRED!!!!

TODAY (FRIDAY), AT 8 PM at home..

MY hubby came home from work by bus. He asked me to eat fried rice whom his mother cooked for us.. But I don't like to eat fried rice with dried prawn & fried pork!!!! I like to eat white color fresh pork with my hubby too...!!!!

I was supposed to boil water for cooking spagetti. I asked my hubby to cook tomato sauces for me but he asked me to cook by myself la.. He said I have to learn la... Damm him la.. He was so lazybones again...!!! AIKS, no choice!!!! I have to cook by myself la.. Hmph... Hmph...!!!!

FIRST, BOIL WATER & PUT 1 BIG TEASPOON OF SALT....

SECOND, I CUT MUSHROOM FROM THE TIN....

THIRD, I FORGOT ABOUT SPAGETTI WHEN I SAW BOIL WATER ON THE PAN!!!! AIKS!!!!

FOURTH, I CUT GARLIC INTO SMALL PIECES....

FIFTH, SPAGETTI IS READY....

LAST, I COOK GARLIC 1ST...

THEN, COOK MUSHROOM...

LASTLY, COOK TOMATO SAUCE TOGETHER GARLIC AND MUSHROOM...

FINALLY, SERVE SPAGETTI WITH TOMATO SAUCE, GARLIC AND MUSHROOM...

I cook not too bad.. But not too taste like my hubby cooked spagetti for me.. T.T

I asked my hubby whether my spagetti is nice or not.. He honestly said ok la.. Then I hit him then he said I have to learn how to cook slowly until better lor.. Haiz... Damm it!!!!

I was really very tired of cooking and cutting for almost 1 hour liao!!!! He was so lazy and never help me to make mango juice drinks for me & himself because he cannot stop to play pc games again... Damm him lazybones la!!!! Hmph.... Hmph.... Hmph.... Hmph!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow it will be his turn to make mango fruit juice drink by himself liao!!!! If not, I will kick his buttocks and legs until he will know that liao!!!!! He is so lazybones liao!!!!! Hahahaha....

PASAR MALAM WITH MY HUBBY...

Yesterday, Wednesday at 8 pm - 9:30 pm

Sungai Siput, Perak.

Finally I got my commission money now!! Yipee!! I wanted to buy pasar malam food for myself & my hubby finally!! I went to maybank for bank in my customer's money into my supplier's bank a/c, went for shopping for a while and finally went to pasar malam with my hubby. I was excepted to buy white dumplings, groundnuts and kuih for my dinner but too bad, kuih stalls were not there again!!!! I was excepted to go to another street vendors - rockers sticks, small duck eggs sticks, many more so that I could eat but too bad, that vendor was not there again!!!! I didnt know why!!!! It was bad luck for me again!!!! I ended up bought nasi lemak, my favourite poppiah and mata kucing leong sui drinks for myself and my hubby too with my commission money at Pasar Malam, Sungai Siput.

My hubby cooked fried eggs with mushrooms and hot dogs for dinner. We ate together while we were watching Glowing Embers on ntv7 together. I felt my mouth very hot cuz I ate nasi lemak spice with small fish and groundnuts then I walked there to drink leong sui and went back to my place to eat again and over again.. Haiz....

Fried egg with mushrooms and hotdogs were quite nice la.. so so so okay la... My hubby will kill or pinch my face me if he read this blog la... Hahahaha....

SPAGETTI!! YUMMY!!

Today I got a period now. I was not in good mood now too.

Last few hours ago at 8:30 pm, my hubby came home late because he just bought something after work. At 9 pm, my hubby has cooked spagetti with mushroom, ham and hotdogs for me. It was delicious!! I was very hungry while I was waiting for him to finish cooking spagetti. I ate a little bit chocolate biscuits but to my suprise, he throw empty packet inside the chocolate box and I asked him "was it you??!!!" I taught him don't throw anywhere la.. He is lazy listening to me!! Aiks... Hmph... Hmph....!!!!

His spagetti is better than yesterday.. I love to eat more mushrooms until I didn't let him to finish all mushrooms.. Hahaha... We watched animation series dvd - Golden Corda - Prima Passo while we were eating together. He always leave dirty plates on the sink and it was my turn to wash the plates!! He is so lazy doing wash the plates and pan too..!! Aiks... Hmph....!!!! I wanna kill him and also whack him too!!!! Haiz.... >.<

WALL'S ICE CREAM!!!!

Last Saturday night at 12 am , I walked alone to the cybercafe and found my hubby there. We walked to 7 eleven together. He bought Wall's Ice Cream - choco & vanilla for me. When we came out from 7 eleven together, he asked me to eat & share it together with him while we walked home together. So nice or romantics?? Hehehehe.... I love to eat ice creams very much.. Hahahaha... ^_^

CAR ACCIDENT

Long time ago I didnt update blog yet. I almost forgot to update my blog sometimes.

I just had an accident with that stupid idiot bus color is red and white with kortisome (i forgot how to spell it) on last 3 weeks ago - Saturday, 27 March 2010 at 3:15 pm at Jalan Kuala Kangsar, Ipoh. I thought i was going to die but I was not scared or afraid. I was just confused and frustrated. That Malay guy told that guy named Mr. Chan about an accident. I asked Mr. Chan's sister to call my hubby but he didnt get my call yet. How stupid my hubby ignore that call!! I had no choice then asked his sister to call my mum and asked her to come and find me there. After that, they finished discussed and i followed my uncle to the police station. I was waiting for my dad to write the accident story for me then i copied to write the accident story. My hubby had smsed me and asked me where was i then i saw him and waved at him to come here. He was shocked to see our favourite baby car was damaged seriously.

After report the police, i almost missed my deaf fren Kitty's Indian fren's wedding there. I had followed my hubby home and he scolded me terribly until i cried non-stop la.. huhuhuhu..... I knew he was worried about me and had pampered me then kissed my forehead.. He got a lots of headache how to send our favourite baby car to the workshop and needed his brother's help to send our favourite baby car to the workshop on next day.

After 2 weeks long, finally that ING insurance has called my hubby's brother to ask me go to Jelapang and signed the insurance claims report. When we arrived to the workshop on Thursday, 8 April 2010, we were very disappointed and upset and said each other "why our favourite baby car has not repaired yet?!!" then he said he dunno.. Damm workshop and also insurance claims too!! My hubby & I got mad each other!! He called his brother and scold his brother liao!! We both had no mood to talk about our favourite baby car again..

Thursday , 8 April 2010 at 4 pm, we went to my mummy's house and gave an empty bottle back to my mum then went to Jaya Jusco and i bought spagetti, Kimball tomato sauce bottle, mayanois sauce, fruit mango juice and tomato juice RM 33 together with my deaf god sister Christina and my hubby. Then my hubby helped Christina to find a rent house until 6 pm. Finally, we went home at 7 pm already.

I was getting mad, moody & upset over my favourite baby car!!!!!! It really pissed me off again.. Haiz... What to do....
