MY 2ND TIME TO COOK SPIRAL PASTA WITH ALFRENDO PORTOBELLO SAUCE

AT SUNGAI SIPUT HOME

INGREDIENTS :- 

- 1 CAN OF PREGO ALFRENDO PORTOBELLO

- 4 - 6 BIG BUTTON MUSHROOM IN A TIN

- 1 SMALL OR MEDIUM ONION, PEELED, HALVED & THINLY SLICED

- 2 TBSP OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL / OTHER BRAND OIL ALSO CAN

- SOME WATER IF YOU WANT TO PUT

- SALT TO TASTE

1) BRING A POT OF WATER TO A BOIL INTO A PAN. 1 TBSP OF SALT INTO A PAN UNTIL BOIL THEN PUT SPIRAL PASTA INTO A PAN

2) AFTER 15 MINS, POUR OUT ALL SPIRAL PASTA INTO A HOLE PAN TO COOL DOWN THEN PUT INTO A PLATE

3) TAKE 2 TBSP OF MINCED PORK, SPRINKLE SALT AND PEPPER INTO MINCED PORK THEN MIX AROUND MINCED PORK BY HAND. PUT IT ON THE TABLE FOR A WHILE.

4) HEAT 2 TBSP OF VIRGIN OLIVE OIL OR ANY OTHER BRAND OIL ALSO CAN INTO A PAN. STIR FRY ONION TILL FRAGRANT FOR A WHILE 

5) ADD MINCED PORK INTO A PAN TOGETHER WITH ONION THEN STIR FRY UNTIL PORK BECOME WHITE COLOR

6) ADD BUTTON MUSHROOM INTO A PAN

7) ADD 3 1/2 TBSP OF ALFRENDO PORTOBELLO (IF YOU WANT TO PUT SOME WATER) AND LET THE SAUCE SIMMER FOR A WHILE

8) POUR IN A SPIRAL PASTA , PUT MAYANOIS SAUCE IN HALF SMALL TBSP & SPRINKLE SOME SALT TO TASTE. STIR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH

FINALLY SERVE IT!! ENJOY IT YA!!

MY HUBBY REALLY LOVES TO EAT SPIRAL PASTA WITH ALFRENDO PORTOBELLO SAUCE AND SAID ITS VERY NICE ONE.. HE HAS PRAISED ME FOR COOKING WELL.. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I CAN COOK FOR HIM FINALLY.. BUT ITS VERY TIRING TO DO ALL PREPARE, COOKING AND SERVING TO MY HUBBY!!!! BUT THANKS GOD THAT I HAD TO BE PATIENT TO LEARN IT ALL BY MYSELF.. HEHEHEHE..... ^_^
